Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless throughout, making our stay feel comfortable and hygienic.
Almost perfect: The only minor issue we encountered was with two upholstered chairs in the living room, as they caused rashes when we sat on them.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming guest house in an ideal location between two subway stations. It was close to everything, making sightseeing a breeze! the cozy room had tatami flooring and comfortable futons, providing an authentic ryokan experience. the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer were a great convenience. the friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better, providing prompt assistance and even helping book a taxi. a wonderful experience.
The lack of sufficient places to hang our bath towels for our group of four.

We spent Christmas in a charming Japanese-style guesthouse. the property was well-equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine/dryer, which was very convenient for our family. the guesthouse was ideally located, just a short walk from popular attractions and public transportation.
The stairs leading to the toilet were very steep and narrow, which made it difficult to use, especially at night. the toilet was located in a cold entryway, making it uncomfortable to use during the winter months.

The hotel was well-equipped and cosy with helpful staff. The bus stop is nearby, making it a convenient location for exploring the city's sights. The presence of a washing machine and a dryer was also appreciated.
The lack of sufficient space to hang towels was inconvenient, especially for larger groups. the stairs leading to the upper floor were steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
